my father cannot let his hair grow why?
The saying that men are more likely to have hair loss is wrong !! When Women and Lots of Women have hair loss in there late 60′s an 70′s !! All the men in my family still have a full head of hair , My grandfather who is turning 90 still has some black at the end of his neck left !! All my uncles or most of them have very very long an thick hair , I do as well and Both the hair on my head and face ( Which I have not shaved in 10 years because My wife says I look great for 36 ) is very thick , I do not blow dry my hair , I wash both my beard an hair on my head 3 to 4 times a week in cool water with Nature hand made soaps ( Rosemary an pine an mountain ash leafs ) are very very good for your hair BUT MOST OF ALL IT WORKS !!! Let I take very good care of myself , I do not drink nor do any drugs or smoke I stay in shape and drink lots of water and Also lots of soy milk is great for your hair !! Good luck !!!
When trying to regrow hair. How inportant is it let your hair get sunlight and breath
@s.henn: make sure sure that your hair gets it walk eg put it on a lesh and put a oxergen mask on your hair when it is not breathing
@s.henn: can’t say about sunlight but fresh air is definitely important for maintaining healthy hair

I’ve started losing hair at the age of 21, since then I visit the barbering shop now every week to cut my hair and keep it down, I used most of shampoos and hair conditioners but no better result, am confused. Just advise me.
