I have very thin hair n it doesent grow longer than a little over my shoulder
does biotin really work to grow and to tjiken please let me kno i just started taking biotin1000mcg does it matter eat kind of biotin nd is it better to take it with another vitamin??? i hope it wrks ill keep u posted.

I have been trying to grow my hair out naturally just started taking biotin. It has made my hair Fuller and longer. I only take 1000 mcg and I’m loving the results
I haven’t been taking the biotin for very long, i guess i havent been paying attention too much but i havent been able to see much of a difference yet. i have the 1000mg pills and im taking them either once or twice a day. the only side effect i have is that my face is broken out really bad right now, it just seemed to happen overnight.
Hopefully if I stick with it itll get better and clear up and i can have my long hair again and grow my nails out and actually have long natural nails and healthy longer hair.
im 42 years old.Im Asian.Im taking methotrixine one tab once a week.Side effects of taking this tab is thinning of hair Will biotin will be helpful in my case.Thank you
I started taking Biotin 5000 pills and Vitamin D-2000 made by Natures Bounty. I must say that I have only been taking them for two weeks, one of both a day. I have not noticed any major differences with nail and hair, it is still really early. I have definitely noticed a huge boost of energy about 30 minutes after I consume them and it last for hours! LOVE IT I’m not sluggish and I’m ready for whatever. :*)
These comments are definitely helpful! I just went out and bought Biotin (5,000mcg) and I am hoping it helps strengthen my hair and nails. I have plenty of split ends in my hair, and I would really love to grow it out longer. I bleached my hair last year (twice) and I decided that’s the worst idea I’ve ever had. My hair was like the straw/fake grass you put in Easter baskets… So now that I’ve dyed my hair darker, maybe this biotin will help c:

biotin pills are awesome xD now iwould like to get this straight though..biotin pillz dont make your hair grow FAST its just gives your hair the nutrients it needs to grow stronger. your hair grows on its own it just depends on how well you take care of your hair that shows the result ( race doesn’t matter!!) black ppl hair grows just as good as everyone elses..just stop putting those harsh chemicals (perm etc) in your hair..cuz you just damaging your hair and stay away from shampoos with SULFATE it strips your hair of its nutrients and makes it dry. wash your hair with organic shampoos and use organic products:) you will see a difference <3 just a lil tip for my sistas;) I'm hispanic and black …my curiousity led me to research african american hair even tho idont have it..:) hope icould help someone
Hello ppl. Im 21 started using hair skin and mail pill at age 18 my hair grew from my ears to my shoulders in a few months. I stooped using the pills bcuz I couldn’t afford them anymore however. I just cut an in off my hair and started taking the vitamin packs for women at gnc they have 6000 mcg of biotin…sio we will see how long it takes my hair to grow.also all hair grows at the same rate of 0.5 an inch per month no matter ur race. BLACK WOMEN stop relaxing ur hair those chemicals prevent hair growth cause breakage and brittle hair. My hair uys normally shoulder length it never got that long when I used to get relaxers! I kno natural girls with hair down their back. Look on youtube! U must take care of ur hair and body by drinking water hair needs water. If u don’t take care of ur hair as well as take vitamins ur hair will not grow. Trust me.

Hi, I’m Amanda and I’m currently 19 years old. My hair was directly at the point of my chin during July of last year. Now, it is slightly below my shoulders. I like cutting my hair to see a change, but I always regret it afterwards! Before I cut my hair, it was half way down my back; the perfect length! A few years ago, I was diagnosed with KP (Keratosis Pilaris), it affects the skin. It leaves tiny bumps on the skin and unfortunetly, it’s genetic so I can do nothing about it exept wait for them to die off. The hair should grow half an inch a month, so by this month, my hair should have been directly at my shoulder. So what did I do to get that extra half an inch? I’ve been using Vitamin E pills, and they work like a charm! Even my KP has minimized in size! I was so estatic at the result! I’ve been using these pills for about a month now and all I can say is that these pills will give you about 1 inch of hair per month. So instead of getting the usual 6 inches per year, you are now getting 12 inches per year! That’s a big difference! After breakfast, I take one pill and after dinner, I take one more. And that’s it! I just went to get my hair trimmed and the lady took it upon herself to wacked it all of when I went my hair was past my shoulders now my top layer is like 4 inches from my scalp well I just starting using biotin 1000 mcg,My question is how long does it take to grow like 8 to 10 inches?

I have been taking biotin for 3 months and nothing has changed. Although I have started taking vitamin E for a few weeks and it’s grown atleast 2/4 of an inch
