Hi, My name is Bridget umm I was wondering if you have any advice on how I can grow my long healthy black hair back I cut it like a year ago and haven’t cut it since and it doesn’t look like its growing at all

massaging with olive oil is good for black hair
olive oil works for any hair type or color. I have very thin, slightly damaged blonde hair and i now apply it every night and wash it out in the morning. it has improved my hair’s condition and repaired my split ends.

Doing a weekly, olive oil wash it great for damaged hair. Put olive oil in your hair and then put a plastic shower cap on and sleep with it. In the morning, wash it out and your hair will feel and look amazing!
